We have recently initiated a Call Centre (contact no. 0708 065 5555), which a customer can contact to register their requests and complaints. The capacity & capability of our Call Centre will be further enhanced in coming months. We have also reorganized and restructured ourselves to bring in customer centricity in our systems, processes, and most importantly amongst our team members. This website has a link “Contact Us”, enabling customers to register their complaints, compliments and requests. We encourage our customers to use this online facility to help us help them. The CROs, stationed in each District office, can also be contacted by our esteemed customers if they need any support, guidance and assistance from us for any unresolved issue. The company has zero tolerance for any form of anti-customer practice by any staff and has empowered the Anti-corruption and Transparency unit (ACTU) to thoroughly investigate all reported cases and apply appropriate sanctions where necessary.
